Turkey Mash with a hint of snow flakes
Painted faces and cardboard smiles
Is it really getting here
That holly jolly time of year?
Could my misery be masked by another festive cheer
Or Mistletoe in an empty room mocking me in both ears
Will tinsel work to hang one's neck
Shall crackers mask the sound of backs that break
I always feel this way when Christ Mass comes to play
Because It's Christmas on the horizon and I'm too Ebenezer to stay
